  • How do I report a bug or app issue?
    Please email us at support@curicle.app with a short description of the issue, the device you’re using (e.g. iPhone model), and screenshots if possible. This helps us fix problems faster.
  • I found a polish match that doesn’t look right. What should I do?
    Curicle’s polish matching is still improving. If a result looks off, send a screenshot of the design, the match results, and a brief note to our support email so we can keep refining the feature.
  • How can I request a new feature or share feedback?
    We’d love to hear from you. Email support@curicle.app with “Feature Request” in the subject line and tell us what would make Curicle more useful for you.
  • How do I delete my account or data?
    If you’d like to delete your account, navigate to your user profile page, select the menu at the top left of your screen, select "App settings" > "Account" > and finally "Delete your Account". Once your account is deleted, it can not be recovered.
